- Sometimes you just get a wild hair to try something different! Enter this beer!! Ours is sorta lots of things, but in the end is altogether delicious. We started with a base of White Wheat, Pils Malt, Oat Malt, and Honey Malt for a soft smooth mouthfeel. We used Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Simcoe, and Sabro Hops for a distinctly different flavor and aroma. Then just for sh*ts and giggles we threw in 88# of Mango puree! It all comes together as Sumpthin' Differnt than anything else on our menu. Oh yeah, our brewer is a West Coast guy, so if you think this is going to be one of those non-bitter, milkshaky NE IPA's....you're wrong! He just wants to remind you that this beer IS still an IPA. We think you'll have a good time with this one!
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with spicy dishes, grilled meats, or fruity desserts.
Hazy golden, like a juicy peach.
Fruity with tropical mango notes, a soft mouthfeel, and a lingering bitterness.
Moderate to high, with a balanced profile.
Moderate, giving it an assertive hop character.
